• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
   
• To return an item, please contact us at 214-997-3476 and/or twatts@atozcapitalmanagement.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   
• Once you receive the RMA, please send the item back to [return address] in its original condition. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
   
• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return within 5 business days and notify you of the refund or exchange.
   

If you wish to cancel your order:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at 214-997-3476 and/or twatts@atozcapitalmanagement.com  if you wish to cancel your order.
   
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to return the item as per our return policy.
